• Bans can now be disabled
• Amount of times player can mess up is now variable

• New permission: bottest.spam. This lets people bypass the antispam.
• A workaround around was blocked where players could quickly leave the GUI and enter a message (though perfect time was required)
• In addition to above commands have also been blocked when done in that fashion
