The server I help to run has been having mass timeouts lately, and we were having trouble why. We found the problem. BossShop does not have a cooldown on buying or selling items in the shops. If someone buys or sells too quickly, it can lag the server and cause a mass timeout for many, or all, of the players online.

Suggestion:
Add a cooldown (in milliseconds or seconds) to the plugin config.yml
