Full changelog here

Copying multiple books at once (/book copy <quantity>) is horribly inefficient and will cause lag for higher quantities. By default the maximum copies per operation is set to 10. A fix will be available in a later version, however, as there are bugs that need to be addressed, this low quality version will have to suffice for now.

The alias and rules config options are not supposed to be included and don't do anything, I forgot to remove them.

If the URL used importing a book checks out but takes too long to respond, an empty temp file can be created and never deleted. To fix this, reload the plugin.

Not every special character is accounted for when importing from Pastebin or DevBukkit pages. To fix this, don't do that. Dropbox a plaintext file or create a Bukkit paste.
