opped and non opped players testing and not working for anyone (signs)

also in your setup tut on the bukkit page, the last add spawn (floor) command needs
/bp setSpawn <arenaName> game (game is missing from the command on the page)
I followed the page tut not the in game command list - kicked my ass for a while there lol

Will revert back a version to get functional, had the same probs listed above on our test server as well as the live main one :)
