Bugs fixed:

- An endless loop in /surrender in multiplayer-mode (it was coded very weird)
- Enormous lag when a player joins the server
- Players could join tables when they were playing singleplayer Blackjack
- Players could do /split even though split wasn't possible
- Players coudln't do /double when they had the chance
- Showing other players in a table twice the action that the dealer did
- Dealer won even though he had <21 in total at the end

New in 1.0.35:
- Play blackjack with friends or other players in the server! do /table!

Sadly still no support for 1.13 :c, will be coming very soon! (1.0.4)
