Version 1.2 fails to load with cb1.3.1-R1.0 #4

    I'm trying to run bioman 1.2 with Craftbukkit 1.3.1-R1.0, but the server reports the following problem:

    19.08 05:29:11 [Server] INFO java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sk89q/worldedit/IncompleteRegionException
    19.08 05:29:11 [Server] SEVERE Error occurred while enabling BioMan v1.2 (Is it up to date?)

    As you can see, the only other plugin I'm loading is VoxelSniper.
