    I'm having certain NPC shops randomly disappear.  They can still be opened with the "/bs open" command, and toggle NPC back on.  A related issue is that if a shop is "closed", no one (not even Op) can open it via command except the player who owns it.  There should be a perm for admins to open other people's shops, regardless of whether or not it's "open".

    I'm working on it. The not being able to open when Op while it is closed was a bug. It will be fixed in the next release coming later this week.
