Converting to SQL not populating tables #49

    When trying to upgrade from flatfile to MySQL, it populates the "Shops" and "Transaction" tables just fine, but the rest of the tables are empty.  Everything looks fine from the console, no exceptions thrown.

    Using BetterShops v2.0.9 and Spigot v1.8.7-R0.1

    Also, not sure if this matters, but after conversion, all NPC shops seem to have 2 or 3 NPCs standing in the same place.
