What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install and generate files.
2.Edit the config with mysql info.
3.Restart and it says failed with my settings.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should probably create a database. However I don't think this was implemented.
What version of the product are you using?
1.81 (R6)

I had alot of bug isseus with R6, try updating to R7 with the new R7 SMP_Hardcore, and make sure mysql settings are correct (case sensitive)
