NOTICE
For updated files, please use the BattleArena2 page. It has all of our updated files, and many of the issues that exist in the latest version here have been fixed through updates.
Default Competitions (all changeable)
- Arena: Fight with what is given to you in the config. You can't bring items in or out
- Skirmish: Bring in what you want to fight with, you take out whatever you pick up
- Battlegrounds: Winner is the highest kills after 1 minute. 4 teams may compete
- Colosseum: 4 teams against each other, last man standing wins
- FFA: last player/team left standing wins
- deathmatch: 2 minute event where if you die you respawn. Highest kills wins
Tournaments
- tourney: Pick a match type and do a single elimination tournament of that type.

Updating
This plugin checks for new bukkit release versions which can be disabled in the BattleArena/config.yml

Posted Mar 17, 2013In the battlearena config you have the option for a money name but when I receive money as a prize it just is a number, for example 15.00. I remember a few months ago that the money name actually came after the number. Did I mess up the config or does it not work?

So I finally removed registerMatchType and registerEventType.
They are now both the same thing. registerCompetition.
So this also goes for ArenaSpleef, ArenaPaintball, they have been updated to use the new form of the API

Posted Mar 17, 2013Hi again. Everything is working now except tourney. It never starts, even if I force it. Says not enough players joined even if it announces the teams... It starts though much later after that I canceled it... Thank you for a wonderful plugin, I really want it to work, muy players love it!

This is still under review, but this should help out. It has a fix for the Deathmatch, and Freeforall arenas not getting loaded correctly.

Posted Mar 16, 2013Hi, Since I updated to the latest version my arenas stopped working. The file for arenas is now in saves directory and not found when I try to start dm or tourney. When members do /arena join they appear to be in a match while they are actually not even there. Please help!

Posted Mar 16, 2013Hey there im trying to make an arena where you spawn with the given class but that arena is always on, no matches. is this possible? and like when you die you just go back to spawn with the items you had on your inventory before joining. And thanks for the amazing plugin ;)

Posted Mar 15, 2013I don't know how but i'm bugged in an arena and i can't go out, literally, i can't join in an arena (errors on errors), i can't leave or force leave an arena, i can't destroy anything, join in MA and do /spawn and other commands like if i'm in an arena BUT I'M NOT IN AN ARENA! I also tried restarting the server but the issue still here :(
