BarCast

Table of Contents

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

BarCast

The (yet) only plugin that have random messages as a "Boss Bar Message". The message will change between random messages that you setup in the config. The time between each message is configurable.

Releases

Version 0.1.2c is now pending approval and will soon be up on the site.
If you wish to have the file earlier, you can subscribe to the project and you will be able to
download it without breaking dev.bukkit rules.

CAUTION
Read the bugs before downloading the file and start whine about all the bugs.
I know there WILL be bugs as it is a beta, dev build.

Hi addemod,

I have some feature requests and it would be nice if you could add them:

an option to make the bar disappearing after X seconds showing a message
a per-player command to remove the bar (for the players that are nerved of your great plugin ;) )
and multiverse support

Wow, many plugins.. Hm. :| Well, I don't get this problem, try adding each plugin each and see when the errors appears. (Keep the BarCast plugin)

Hm, I guess but.. that will like collappse, because then it will show one message each time and if there are many players on talking at the same time it will change message all the time xD

I have a suggestion:
Can you make it so when a player gets a message it is displayed on the bar?
So let's say a player messaged you saying "Hi buddy" it would appear on the bar instead of the chat? If you can this would be very useful!

@addemod That plugin is really useful but its kinda annoying when you want to change messages, you need to go into config > reload server. I can be really helpful if you will add /barcast add <message> (Will instantly show the message) /barcast remove <message> /barcast show <message> (Will instantly show a specific message /barcast list and /barcast show <player> <Message that you write from i-g> (will show only the specific player the message you wrote) - BoomShnizel -
