Bukkit

• Disables the ability to add Exp Bottles to: (In Creative mode)
  • Dispensers
  • Chests
  • Workbenches
  • Furnaces
  • Chest Carts
  • Brewing Stands
• Disables the ability to drop Exp Bottles in Creative mode
• Disables the ability to pick up Exp Bottles in Creative mode
• Should the player bypass the Enchantment Table block, it also blocks placing items in the table or enchanting them while in Creative mode. :)

Players can still add Exp bottles to their inventory with the Creative menu. Currently Bukkit has a bug that crashes the client if I stop that, so until Bukkit is fixed, this can't be fixed.
