What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Please provide any additional information below.

I have two thing that I would like to see added

1) very easy: /bank version (to show version of the plugin)

2) taxes (because all taxes plugins affect the essentials economy/players wallets), and people can now evade paying taxes by having all money on their bank. I currently have no idea of how taxes could be implemented. but I do know that it should work on offline-players too!
