Bug fixes:

• Corrected file name format from using 12 hour to 24 hour
• Corrected file name format where months were actually minutes

Additional features:

• config.yml has a new field for add a storage limit (Default 1024MB)
• Settings field for storage limit to '0' gets treated as unlimited
