*Fixed the sound when a snowball hits a player. It works now :p

When you kick or ban an online player, they get a cool colored message. Its not too technical, but you no longer need a separate plugin to do this. Also it gives your server a cooler edge :)

A Tip: If you want a server with ranks, I recommend using a permissions plugin. Otherwise no need, all commands are set so non-ops can't change the server in any way.
