Fishing poles now auto-repair correctly.
Fixed issue where an item would not repair if its repair recipe was empty in config.yml.
Confirmed that recent fixes to Bukkit/Minecraft for experience tracking have made xp-cost a viable feature. This should work correctly, but compatibility with other mods is not guaranteed.
