Fixed issue where repairing an item that had an XP cost after performing an enchantment would result in the user's level reverting back to what it was before the enchant operation was conducted. This was really Bukkit's issue where GetTotalExperience does not return correct experience after an enchant operation occurs. Fixed by watching for enchant operations and correcting the (invisible) total experience value to reflect the real value.
