• Fixed bug where issuing "/rep all" under a repair-costs=false condition would set the data values of all blocks to 0; colored wool would revert to white, dye would revert to black ink, etc.
• Added "repair-costs=false-nomessages" option that turns off repair costs and suppresses the "repaired <tool>" message.
