• Added allow_enchanted to Config.properties (supported in 1.82, but not included in the file)
• Blocked items at full health from being manually repaired, now generates a message to the player
• Fixed crash where autorepair function would try to repair non-repairable items
• Adjusted '/rep arm' command to use damage-adjusted item/econ costs
• Fixed '/rep arm ?' command
• Fixed issue where the econ option might have been set to false erroneously if the plugin was reloaded
• 'Can't afford to autorepair' warnings should work better now
• Fixed potential crash around '/rep dmg' and '/rep <slot>'
