What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Do a clean install of AA
2.Create Announcements.txt in the announcements folder
3.Add several lines of announcements to the txt file and save it
4.Start the server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to tell me it found the file, but it just says "No announcements found!"

What version of the product are you using?
Latest at time of writing

Do you have an error log of what happened?
yes, it says:
[SEVERE] [Announcer] No announcements found!

Please provide any additional information below.
The commands are not listed anywhere, and you don't specify whether each announcement needs its own .txt file or if they can be in one file, each on a new line.
