Has lots of bugs... just get the later version.

- Improved the code a bunch (would be noticable on bigger servers)
- removed the the Name configuration from config.yml
- changed /auctionchest get <name> command instead (the name shows up when viewing the auction inventory)
- the "AuctionChest" lore on auctioned items can now be changed in config under "Auctioned:"
- the "AuctionChest" message when typing /auctionchest or /auctionchest help can also be changed under "Help:"

Has lots of bugs due to remake of the code. The next version has them fixed (hopefully).
