Added an "/at focus" command, to focus on the atalk channels. If you're a staff member, you can also type "/at focus <nameofplayer>" to focus directly on that player in the atalk channel. To stop focusing, type /at focus again
Updated the updater to be Bukkit-compliant.
Essentially rewrote the whole code to be more efficient and be more class-based.
