So, say I have 3 buildings.
The 1st building I would define as "level 1".
The 2nd building I would define as "level 2". If someone was to buy this, then they would lose access to the 1st building. However, they can only buy this after they purchase the 1st building.
The 3rd building I would define as "level 3". If someone was to buy this, then they would lose access to the 2nd building. However, they can only buy this after they purchase the 2nd building.
Etc.
Then, each building level would define how many pages in a chest they have. So, a level 1 building would only have one double chest worth of storage, a level 2 would have two double chests worth of storage, and a level 3 would have three double chests worth of storage.
That is with the item bank feature that I told you about. So they wouldn't actually have two or three double chests in the house, they would just be able to navigate via "paper".
A plugin that has the item bank feature is called Item Bank.

1.i do know how to spell appartment its actually the same as in my native language but the plugin is part of my new series called Advanced(thats why there is a extra A) its a new standard i am trying to bring in and as steve jobs once said: "quality is more important than quantity"
2.could you give a more in-depth description what you mean with tier's
3.the problem is, well actually you just fixed my problem thanks! i will add the itembank soon in maybe the next update!

Posted May 22, 2014I like the idea, but here's a few suggestions (If you don't mind):
1. This isn't really a suggestion, but it's spelled "Apartment". It's fine if you misspelled it, especially if English isn't your first language (judging by the accent in your video).
2. Possibly add a function to where there are "tier" apartments. As in, level 1 apartments which are very bad and ugly, and then level 10 apartments which are very nice. Then, they won't be able to buy the next level house until they buy the first one, then the second one, then third, etc.
3. Possibly add an "Item-bank" sort of system. If the idea above is implemented, maybe making chests per level have "pages". By that I mean, in a level 1 apartment chest, they can only hold, say, a double chest full minus the bottom row. Then, in level 2, they have 2 double chests of room to place items (minus the bottom row in each) which they can navigate through by clicking on a piece of paper on the bottom right and bottom left of the chest.
I'm eager to see how far this plugin goes :).

Well, i love your idea! but plugins dont grow on ma back.Coding what u said is hard. 1.destroy what they placed ok.but when server restarts the memory will be erased or it has to be stored in the config and thats not nice. 2.how would the plugin know where to place the items. maybe someone doesnt have all the same appartments.

Posted May 21, 2014i suggest you add,a way for players to place down items but they can only destroy what ever they placed.And also you can add a thing where you can set it true or false if you want a player to automatically sale the apartment once they leave and all the items they placed inside is saved,and the next time they buy an apartment the items they place before will be there.I can explain it in more detail if you would like as well.
