Bukkit

1st release

• /opme and /deopme command implemented
• /op and /deop blocked in chat - console only
• in game use notify for ops and users that have aop.notify node
• permissions control for /opme and /deopme command
• console notify of all handled commands

(*facepalm* left an old and redundant file in the jar... oops)

Just that it isn't quite finished yet (but usable for its primary purpose) :)
