GUI update!

In this update, I've added a GUI where you can manage almost all of the NoGriefing features! Because the plugin now has the GUI I have removed the following commands:

• /ng blockplace <true/false>
• /ng blockbreak <true/false>
• /ng itemdrops <true/false>
• /ng antitnt <true/false>

Added commands:

• /ng settings - Opens the GUI where you can manage all of the features that the plugin has.

Changed permissions: ng.setflags - This is now the permission to open the GUI.

If you don't click on an item in the GUI. An error will show in console.
