AntiExplosions 1.5.5 release for CraftBukkit 1.8

What's new

• the config is now using true and false
• the join message works because of that
• no short form of explosions command (means no /expl)

Known bugs that will be fixed

• currently, the explosions on/off command isn't working somehow, means you can only change the explosion setting by changing the config
• you get a wrong message by using that command too, and nothing changes in the config

Actually, I don't know why that's happening, so I'm trying to fix AE first and then CMP and so on. It should work technically though, but let's see what I can do. I believe in the end it's something pretty dumb. Therefore, please stay up to date and always download the newest version to avoid faults. cinematikk
