AntiCheat
AntiCheat development and support was discontinued September 7th, 2014. The previous page is archived here for reference purposes. Official downloads are still available for use as is the project source code. You must use these at your own risk as I can no longer vouch for their rate of success.
There's a "Reloaded" version of this project which has been updated for the newer versions and is under current development. You should give it a look if you're interested in continuing to use AntiCheat: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/anticheatreloaded/
Thanks to everyone who has supported the AntiCheat project. Recently I have resigned my position as BukkitDev Team Lead and have decided to move on from Bukkit development. Unfortunately, this means that I will no longer be actively working on the AntiCheat source code, and as such I have decided to close the project.
Many thanks to JetBrains who have provided their IntelliJ IDE for development. Thanks to the many contributors to this project who's code helped do good in the community. Thanks to those of you who have provided your support in many different ways to the project: you know who you are, you made my life a lot better and I can't thank you enough for that. I am happy to say that this project has improved people's lives, and I couldn't have ever hoped to say more.

Posted Aug 7, 2012I was just wondering, I know stuff like this can't be all that lightweight... but how much RAM/CPU will it take up? After bukkit 1.3 the RAM has skyrocketed and every bit is now essential.

Posted Aug 7, 2012the whole falling out thing is still ongoing. some dude's just after falling through a glass floor and straight into lava on my server (proper glass (20) not panes (102)). we're between a rock and a hard place now cos nocheatplus has gone really shit, kicking people for having the audacity to play the game at all...

Posted Aug 7, 2012Just a bug here, whenever a player of mine in is water it detects them as hacking and kicks them and warns them constantly i find this annoying as i also get spammed with notifications, just a heads up incase you were unaware of this bug.

I've tried this plugin in the last release of 1.2.5 and with nodus many cheats aren't block ( killaura, noswing, waterwalking, high jump.. For now I remain 1.2.5 with nc+ waiting for future updates

The RB is just a polished dev build, there's no reason to push an update simply because of an RB.

Posted Aug 7, 2012is this possiblity to block spam login somehow, because today i got spam login on my server and anticheat couldnt do nothing on them, they join very fast, everytime different ip(proxy) and username. Still on mc 1.2.5

also when players are standing on half blocks with nothing underneath them it will force them to fall to the ground, just as flying with a mod and hovering will do.
EDIT: reading comments further down i see you are already aware of this

Yea no i have but if im not flying with creative fly say i use a client and i stand in the air not moving just floating it will put me down to the ground

I did push a fix for something like that last night, but it only occurred with half blocks.

I'ts hard to find where the issue is since it's really random.
When players are just running around on a 1 thick floor and if there is air below it then players often glitch through the floor and if all other blocks below it are solid then the player will fall in the void and lose all his stuff.
I have tried it by my self and it's hard to find out where the issue really is. Some times when just walking it already happens but most of the times when your jumping around and sprinting and on slabs it's even more buggy.
And when you stand on the same block as a explosion then the player get kicked often. If your 1 block near it then there are no issues but on the same block there are. I'm using MagicSpells and there are a lot explosions and stuff and players keep getting kicked and stuff. Then i tried to place a creeper in a block and went in that block to and i got kicked also.

Posted Aug 6, 2012Currently, AntiCheat kicks my players who: Jumps while sprinting, Sprints, Sometimes when they jump, kill mobs and break blocks/fly on creative.
