The plugin was changed thoroughly. Mainly back-end stuff, but here's what we now do:

• Find advertisers that use chat, commands, books and signs
• Have a functional whitelist, absolute whitelist (messages containing entries to this list aren't checked for advertising), blacklist
• Each check can be disabled
• PluginMetrics/MCStats reporting
• A custom event called when players advertise
• Domain name checks only detect valid TLDs (based on this list published by the IANA)
