Recommended build.

Should work on the latest 1.2.3 dev build (CB 1.1-R7 [includng R3,R4 etc ...]).

Change-log:

• Added an option to disable in water (will auto-update your config files)
• Added a permission node to completely disable anti-fullbright for that group.
• Uses the default Bukkit permissions now. Unless your permissions system doesn't support superperms, it should work with it. The permission node is "af.deny" without quotations.

I haven't tested it in depth, but it should work.

Haven't fully tested the new features. Please report (if) any bugs.
