Dieses Update enthält Vorbereitungen für eine neue Pluginconfiguration und neue Features.

• Der Befehl atp bug zeigt den Link vom Bugtracker im Chat an (Permission atp.about).
• Neuer Befehl atp reload lädt die Pluginkonfig neu.
