Version 2.0 is finally here!

It is for Minecraft 1.16.5, that is to say that version 1.12.2 is no longer maintained.

Many additions and optimizations.

Additions:
- Many additional permissions to customize the experience with this plugin as much as possible.
- Additional information about certain entities.
- Know the slot that the player is using in real time.
- Allows you to change values ​​through an opening panel interface (eg life, food level... etc).

- Add bStats to have statistics on the plugin.

Changes:
- The language system, now in .json and with new additions.
- Fixed some permissions not working correctly.
- When we look at an entity, it is really the one that is proposed to us in the command completion and not another that would be in the same trajectory.
- System to see inventory, ender chest and all other information of disconnected players. Now no longer save in a .yaml but read directly from minecraft default file.
