Added the possibility of modifying the inventory of offline players.
Addition of the adavncedspyinventory.enderchest.others.modify permission which replaces advancedspyinventory.enderchest.modify which is now used to prevent or not modify its ender chest.
The advancedspyinventory.enderchest.other permission becomes advancedspyinventory.enderchest.others.
Fixed various problem with permissions.
