Added:

- Contractregion (new sign)
- updateintervall for signs is now adjustable
- default regionkind can is now adjustable
- timeformat for rent and contract regions is now adjustable (countdown/short countdown/date + time)

- Players will now get a message when their rent-regions will expire soon

- Signs will regenerate faster if they have been disassembled by a player (via breaking a block that holds the sign) with no permission

Bugfixes:

- Hotelregions will now load properly

- Rentpresets will now load and save properly
