- Fixed direction the player faces after teleporting
- Added "set"/"warp" item lore for chorus fruit and eyes after omitting from the display name when using an anvil
- Using /listlocations has a colored identifier of the dimension the player is in to clear potential confusion of which locations are set in which dimension
