Same as 0.2.1 EXCEPT I unbroke adoptafuzz.admin perm stuff by fixing a typo in the plugin.yml. Sorry about that.

Previous changelog:

  • Added permission nodes relevant to adoptafuzz.admin.*. Is not a free ride. Admins require the free.economy.unclaim nodes for freebie unclaims.
  • Rewrote config file, added config file updater for previous versions.
  • Added payout for previous owners whose pets are claimed with appropriate config file changes.
  • Added the code to not age babies on breeding. Did not implement config options, forcing them to not be used until BUKKIT-1484 ( https://bukkit.atlassian.net/browse/BUKKIT-1484 ) is addressed.
  • Added config option 'avoidbugs' to enable a workaround for BUKKIT-1482 ( https://bukkit.atlassian.net/browse/BUKKIT-1482 ) until it is addressed. THIS REMOVES THE ABILITY TO TRACK PRIOR OWNERSHIP. REIMBURSE AND ADOPT CONFIGS WILL DO NOTHING.

If 'avoidbugs' is left at 'false' in the config, untamed pets will still teleport/follow their previous owners. This is a bug in Bukkit and has been reported, but remains unfixed.
