Bukkit

Cleaned up code and reworded messages.
Added config options bypassforops and broadcastonfailedjoin.
Updated to the latest version of Bukkit.

The plugin kicks players after they join. Any events that occur when a player logs in will be executed before the player is kicked. I do not know any way around this.
