Unknown command message with new craftbukkit #1

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. After updating to craftbukkit's new RB 1240 using day/time/weather effects will now generate a "Unknown command. Type /help for help."
    2. The time/day/weather will still be changed and is not generating a console error but I wanted you to be aware as I am really loving spout plugin devs.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    "Unknown command. Type /help for help."

    What version of the product are you using?
    Current - v1.3

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No errors generated.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Was working perfectly with RB 1185, updated to 1240 and seeing above. No changes to my permission file pr the plugin itself.
