    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Add a note for an offline user who has been on before.
    2. It'll say they've never been on

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected it to add the note, instead said they've never been on the server before.

    What version of the product are you using?
    0.11.0

    I can second this issue. I'm using the first Spigot 1.8 version (non-protocol-hack), and it's happening for online users as well. I even tab-completed their name in the command and it still says that they've never been online.

    The feature broke when MC switched to UUID dat files. Turn off confirm-player-joined in the config.
