Changelog

- Minor bug fixes in the /wand and /fcannon code that fired error messaged when the player randomly left or right clicked sometimes.

 

- added a "/premium" command that brings up the information on my new premium plugin, AdminCmdsPlus which has over double the commands and some of the current commands have had big upgrades!
