websites not on the omitted list and ip addresses automatically return a 10 on the point scale

point threshold for a block is < 10. 10 or greater will result in that message being filtered

many filters revised and improved upon

effectiveness is entirely dependent on end users keywords

IPFilter properly implemented

AdBlock now scolds users after filtered message
