Not a lot of changes here, bugfix update mostly.

-Expanded the API to include more methods involving getting the state of a player based on aBasics commands.

-Finally fixed the last of the message issues (I think)

-Added a /aBasics command that (currently) has little functionality beyond showing features of the plugin

Warning: This version has at least a few startup errors that I didn't notice while testing

I will release another update to patch this soon
