Made a lot of changes in this update; now everything actually works properly (I hope).

You will need to reset your config file for this update

Changelog:

-temporarily removed the tpa system so that I can figure out why it doesn't work. Use another plugin for that for now.

-changed the config messages to apply to every command

-added an item clear command and a radius item clear command

-added an item clear cycle on a timer that I probably broke at some point while editing something else

-added a few more config message values and removed some old ones that are linked to nothing, also added messages in the config file to make it more legible.

-fixed masssay command returning nothing and sudo command not recognizing any valid targets

-added a toggelable singleplayer sleep for survival servers

-just generally cleaned up my code a bit for a smaller file size and faster load time
