SEssentials Non-Resale, In-Plugin Monetization License (NRIM)

Definitions

“Software” means the SEssentials plugin and accompanying documentation and assets.
“You” means any person or entity using the Software.

Grant of Rights Permission is granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the Software to use, copy, modify, and redistribute the Software subject to the terms below.

Permitted Uses

You may use the Software for personal, community, or commercial servers.
You may use the Software to enable or facilitate in-game purchases, virtual item sales, or other monetization of gameplay features that are enabled by or implemented through the Software (including paid ranks, virtual goods, or microtransactions).

Prohibited Uses

You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the Software itself for direct monetary gain (a charge to download or obtain the plugin, or redistribution of the plugin for a fee).
You may not remove or alter the copyright notice and attribution requirements below.

Attribution and Notices

Redistributions and substantial portions of the Software (including modified versions) must retain the above copyright notice and this license.
Visible attribution to “SEssentials — Copyright © 2026 Katy Tye” must be included in distributed builds.

Distribution of Modifications

You may distribute modified versions under the same terms. Redistributions must clearly mark modifications and retain attribution.

No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. The Copyright Holder is not liable for damages arising from use.

Termination

Any use that violates this license terminates the licensee’s rights to the Software. The Copyright Holder may seek injunctive relief and damages under applicable law.
